In this company, I have a lots of task or responsibilities in our department. I was able to help the employee especially when the employee experiencing a computer problems. Basic troubleshooting of a computer is one of my daily task, example when has no power i simply check if the computer is plug in. Sometimes i troubleshoot a printer when the printer have a paper jam. I also learned a lot of things about networking how to set up a server. We also crimp a UTP cable we use a RJ45 and RJ11. RJ45 use for data and RJ11 use for telephone. I enjoyed working in this company, everyday i learned something new that has a relation in my course.
